I’m back

December 7, 2007 | interviews

Just hula-hooping with a few friends.

My site has been down for a few days, and I’m grateful to be back with you.

Harvest House Publishers just put up an interview with me on their site. We talked about how I became a believer, what I believe about destiny, and how hula-hooping is a great way to exercise! Check it out.

    Wonderful interview Suzie!
You seem like someone I would love to hang with!

I know you have a wealth of resources for teens. Can you suggest a good study for my daughter, she is 15 and this would be for homeschool. I did a Bible study for the first half of the year, but she is a myspace, hip teen and needs something a little more applicable.
    Any input would be great.

  2. Kathleen Marie says:

My Mother loved to hula hoop and it seems to be gaining popularity again. Running over to read your interview! God Bless!

  3. Suzie Eller says:

    Thanks Sue and Kathleen,

Sue, one great resource for teens is Making It Real: Whose Faith Is It Anyway? It allows teens to interactively carve out their own relationship with God. It asks questions, such as “Where is God in the tough times?” or “Is my faith my own, or is it tradition?”. It’s full of stories, which teens love, but it goes deep into scripture, which teens say they want. Let me know if you want me to send you one. It’s $11 and a minimum cost of shipping. : )

Kathleen, if I hulahooped every day, maybe I’d find my waist again. : ) I don’t remember it being so much work!
