This is Your Brain on Joy,
    Mama’s Got a Fake ID

I need to get these…the titles have me curious!!

    Thanks for sharing!!

  3. Suzanne Eller says:

This Is Your Brain on Joy is written by a doctor of pyschology that says that many of the problems that people deal with are termed spiritual, when it may be a chemical imbalance, trauma from a head injury in the past, etc. It takes a deeper look at combining faith and brain imaging to find solutions to deal with the spiritual and real-life brain issues. It’s fascinating.

Mama’s Got a Fake ID is written by a woman who believes in motherhood, loves that role, but says that it’s key that women don’t forget who they are and don’t determine their identity by a role, like motherhood. It’s a healthy look at still being “Suzie” while being mom, and how that affects our relationships with our children in a positive way, as well as the way we approach life as those roles change. Great, great book!
